Nbajj Terms & Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the nbajj platform ("Platform", "we", "nbajj") and its users ("user", "you"). By accessing or using the platform through the nbajj website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, nbajj's interpretation shall be final. Failure to comply with these terms will result in losing your right to use the platform.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on nbajj, the following conditions must be met:

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration. Submitting a false name, number, or date of birth is a punishable offence.
• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be terminated and all balances will be forfeited.
• You must register using your own mobile number. Using someone else's number is not allowed.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. nbajj is not liable for any consequences resulting from sharing your password.
• Allowing any third party to use or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• To change the mobile number used during registration, please contact our support team.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Nbajj is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use the platform in any capacity.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Nbajj may request a national ID or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before processing large withdrawals.
• For KYC, you may be required to submit photos of the front and back of your National ID card, along with a selfie.
• If the submitted documents are invalid, account verification will be rejected and withdrawals will be put on hold.

Any account found to have been created using a minor's identity will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. nbajj has a zero-tolerance policy on this.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nbajj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The transaction guidelines are as follows:

• Deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳200 can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The maximum deposit limit depends on promotional offers and your KYC level.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be sent to the mobile banking number that was used for the deposit.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, nbajj reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.
• If fraudulent transactions are detected, the balance will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• Deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on nbajj:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless nbajj initiates the cancellation.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, nbajj reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or the result is uncertain, bets will be refunded or settled in accordance with nbajj's rules.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same match simultaneously (collusion) is strictly prohibited.
• For Sports Betting, nbajj determines results based on internationally recognized sources.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event. The specific limit for each bet is displayed on the relevant betting page.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Nbajj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any bonus, please review the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, clearly stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and applies to the first deposit only.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using a VPN — is strictly prohibited.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must make a real deposit. Referrals from dummy accounts will result in the bonus being voided.
• Nbajj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajj platform and are subject to penalties:

• Bots & automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Hacking: Unauthorized access to or exploitation of vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Collusion: Multiple users colluding to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Attempting to legitimize illegal funds through the platform.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of sports event outcomes.
• VPN: Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted region.
• Account selling: Selling or transferring your account to another person.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken where applicable.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Nbajj may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If the KYC process has not been completed or fraudulent documents have been submitted.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months or more).
• When a user activates self-exclusion.
• Upon instruction from legal authorities.

If there is a remaining balance before account closure and no terms have been violated, the user may withdraw those funds. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

Nbajj believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.

12 Limitation of Liability

Nbajj is not liable for the following:

• Bets cancelled or missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Transaction delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (mobile banking).
• Any losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their own account.
• Financial losses from betting and gaming are entirely at the user's own risk.

13 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
